Pistol Range Rules and Regulations
- Members and Members Guests only are permitted on the range. Guests are allowed to use the range 1 time and then MUST become a member to use it again.
- All members and guests are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out when they leave.
- A $3 range donation is to be deposited into the box each time a member uses the range and guests are $4.
- NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED AT REANGE AT ANY TIME.
- Anyone entering the range area is responsible for reading and understanding all Pistol Range Rules and Regulations before proceeding to the range.
- Shooting hours are as follow. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am until dark. (Dates will be posted at the Club House for Pistol Events. On these days the range will be closed.)
- BE SAFE! Eye and ear protection must be worn at all times .
- Anyone under the age of 21 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal gardian at all times while on the range.
- Single projectile ammunition only. (no buckshot, birdshot, or multiple projectile ammunitions, etc.)
- No Explosive targets or ammunition permitted on range.
- No Tracer or incendiary ammunition permitted on range.
- Shoot only at paper targets properly attached to club provided backstops. DO NOT SHOOT at bottles, rocks, target frames, safety cones, etc.
- Anytime anyone is down range of the shooting area for any reason, an orange safety cone must be placed several feet down the range of the shooting area. When one has returned from downrange, the cone must be placed at or behind the shooting area.
- Please be courteous to your fellow shooters.
- No Littering pill your targets, pick up your brass and take trash with you.
- Failure to follow Range Rules and Regulations the result in damage to the range facilities is vandalism. Vandalism will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- If unsafe or unauthorized behavior is noticed, safely gather the appropriate information (description of activity/activities in question, physical description of perpetrators(s), license plate number, etc.)
